Lots of naked cupcakes (I made mini-cupcakes so they could choose more than one flavor) -- vanilla, Dr. Pepper chocolate, apple spice, strawberry sour cream, red velvet
Fillings - caramel, strawberry and chocolate ganauche
Frostings - cream cheese buttercream, chocolate fudge, and white chocolate whipped cream
Toppings - strawberries, marshmallows, crushed cookies, crushed butterfingers, toasted pecans, shaved chocolate, mini m&m's, gummy bears.
The concept: build your own cupcake. The church ladies were like kids in a candy shop. I did learn that not everyone can work a bag of frosting! And I think I have majic cupcakes because it seems like I came home with more cupcakes than I left with!
