Created this by staking a mini cupcake on top of a standard sized cupcake. Frost the sides and top and apply the jelly beans.
The eyeball is a wintogreen lifesaver and a black jelly bean. The antennae and arms are jolly ranchers that I melted and pulled into the shapes. The mouth is an air head rolled into a squiggly smile.
