Death by Chocolate

I tried a new chocolate cake recipe from The Cake Bible.  I'm not sure I liked the texture (it was a little spongy) and thought it wasn't very chocolately.  
  Death by chocolate is a chocolate cupcake, filled and topped with chocolate ganache, chocolate fudge buttercream frosting and garnished with dark and milk chocolate curls. 
They're even better on the second day - zapped in the microwave for 5-7 seconds.  Then it's a death by chocolate melty goo. 
Probably a good thing the cupcake was light on chocolate flavor!
