The design for this cake came from the invitation to Christi's party. Learned a lesson about cake building on this one -- have to let the cake settle before frosting so the air can get out. I had huge air bubble problems on the bottom layer of this cake, and even after a last-minute fix-up, it still wasn't perfect.
