Rather than put the zebra striping on after the fondant was on the cake, I decided to try rolling the stripes in. I do like the look better, here are some things I would do differently next time: Use fresher fondant, the black dried out quickly and cracked, and by the time I got the black on, the pink had dried as well. Also, I would make the stripes a little smaller, since they expand a lot when rolled flat.
