These toppers went on top of some birthday cupcakes this week. Everything is made out of fondant and I used combinations of cookie cutters to make the shapes. The body is from a bowling pin cutter I made last spring. The hair, skirt and hands are all from heart-shaped cutters and her seashells are from a small flower cutter.
