Been having some fun with cake balls this week.
chocolate fudge swirls

...and lime "cake truffles" - couldn't get them to stay on the stick with this yummy lime-infused whipped cream center. They were just as good off the stick!
I froze the whipped cream and then used my "melon baller" tool to make little round balls of cream. Then I wrapped the cream balls with lime cake ball mix and dipped them in white chocolate.
um, YUMMMMMM!
