Had some extra cupcakes, and no cupcake/cake orders today, so I spent a little time trying out a new recipe:
MMMMMarshmallow Fluff Cupcakes
The concept comes from Martha Stewart, but I used my recipes instead (standing over a hot stove in Texas for to make her frosting was NOT my idea of fun...)
Chocolate Cake
Creme Filling
Marshmallow Frosting
dipped in Chocolate
in a word: Edible!
Next time I'm going to try to top them with ice cream - that way you get your cake and ice cream in one fail swoop.
